LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - Considered the most automated mail facility in the world at the time of construction, this United States Postal Service project included the design of the Vehicle Maintenance Facility and Warehouse buildings. Elliot Barker, BASE Principal, was part of the A.C. Martin design team and provided services that included programming, construction documents, plan-check, value engineering and construction administration.
