INGLEWOOD, CALIFORNIA - Located in downtown Inglewood and a one block walk from the civic center, the Market Street Development is a composition of three mixed-use projects. One of the projects contains residential units over retail and banking space facing Market Street. The other project contains 20,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and 80,000 square feet of office space above with three levels of housing above the office space. The third project is a new parking structure facing La Brea Avenue. The new parking structure contains retail space at the street level to create storefronts to improve pedestrian circulation. The parking structure provides parking to be used by visitors and the existing and new businesses along Market Street. The projects were created to demonstrate in-fill developments that can serve as a catalyst for growth and add new life to the street and downtown Inglewood.
